  1. Bi-party Merchant Establishment Agreement:(Format attached)
    • Signed and sealed by client.
    • To be executed on Rs 600/- stamp paper and to be signed and stamp on all the pages by the vendor
    • All the schedule's and Annexure to be filled as mention in the form.
  2. IPG Board Resolution Format (Format attached)
  3. Business Application Form (Application form with signed & stamped by authorized signatory. (Format attached)
  4. Merchant Nodal SetUp letter ( (Format attached)

Company Proof

Company PAN card with sign & stamp.

KYC Proof for signatories

Photo Proof – Self-attested PAN card copy of all trustees/president/respective authorized signatory with company stamp ( Mandatory) Self-attested Passport Copy with address page OR Election Card OR Aadhar card of all trustees/president/respective authorized signatory with company stamp.

Address Proof :

Offices Utility Bills (telephone/broadband/electricity) or Rental Agreement if premises are on rent (with company stamp and signature of authorized signatory)

Financial Proof:

Last 2 years ITR AND last 1 year current account statement (with company stamp and signature of authorized signatory) In case of new establishment 6 month saving account statements of signing authority with one undertaking (with company stamp and signature of authorized signatory)
